Lease Preperation
Your tenancy agreement is prepared and executed in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997.

Conducting Inspections
An entry inspection is conducted prior to commencement of the tenancy, followed by two inspections every 12 months in accordance with the legislation.
